Error message when trying to edit a menu

Error message when trying to edit a menu

Hi, I successfully created a navigation bar with CSS Menu Writer, but, when I try to edit the navigation bar in any way I get an error message from Dreamweaver CS4 that says: "Error generating menu (wa.generate.menu): Process type "undefined" not found."

What do I need to do to be able to edit the menu?

Please note that, as indicated in another thread on this topic in the CSS Menu Writer forum, I deleted the WinFileCache.dat file, but that didn't help. I also uninstalled CSS Menu Writer, re-installed it, deleted the WinFileCahe.dat file, but that didn't help either.

I've read through the existing problem but there is no solution posted in the forum. Please advice. Thanks

uninstall Design Extender 1.0.6, Data Bridge 1.0.2 then download the newer versions that are available:

Design Extender 1.1.1
Data Bridge 1.0.8

from your download center.

Also, make sure that the eCart version you are using is eCart 5.0.6, if you have a previous version, you will need to uninstall it before installing the newer one.

with those 3 extensions, the install order should be:
eCart
Design Extender
Data Bridge.

also, Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.php
