Universal Email File Manipulation Error

I'm trying to upload a file to my server. The upload was working but now I'm getting this error in my file error log: can you help.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 18432 bytes) in /home3/sumnerc1/public_html/webassist/file_manipulation/helperphp.php on line 865

This could be due to the size of the file. Is this happening with all files or just certain files?
