Default CSS Path

I recently upgraded to the latest version....it still annoys me when creating a new style sheet that the default file path changes each time....and, I would like to just maintain the path of /css. If I were to keep that all the same, my code looks sloppy and amateur...is there a way to set a default path and have it stay there?

Currently that is not an option.

But will be considered as an option in future releases.
