Upload size limit?

I have an upload form that seems to work okay on everything thus far. I've uploaded .png, .jpg and .pdf.

My problem is on a .pdf file that is 3.7meg the form doesn't upload the file. Is there a size limit on the upload and if so how/where do you adjust the script?

the upload size limit is determined by settings on the php server. see the following page for details on settings that effect file upload size, you will most likely need to contact the host to have them adjusted:
wap_upload.asp?page=php2
