credit card processing problems

Using both Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Was able to add purchase, add credit card info and submit.

When hen you hit submit, an error message comes up and states either the credit card information is incorrect or a wrong address. The card info and address are correct.

The address line where this is happening is: checkout_failure.php

Same problems for me

I can process all the way through the payment process and if the value is zero it goes through complete. If there is an amount I get the error that transaction could not be completed because either the cc information is wrong address information is wrong. Everything is correct. Can you please assist with this issue.

what payment gateway are you using? when looking into the issue with the original poster, it was a problem with the gateway connection details. they where using Authorize.net and using incorrect transaction key.

Using Authorize.net and transaction key is correct

We are using authorize.net and the transaction key is correct because it is hooked up to ecart right now for my current ecommerce store. I am rebuilding the site using powerstore for a different look and I don't want to lose the other site until this one is working. How can this be fixed?

I am also now experiencing this issue. I'm getting the basic "we're sorry" script on the checkout page, but nothing is actually being sent to authorize.net. It worked as recently as yesterday.
