WA Server Validations - Form Not Submitting

I am having issues with a form. I have DA Insert Record and WA Server Validations with "email" and "captcha" required.

The form does not appear to submit or go anywhere when the submit button is pressed.

Attached is my code.

Thanks for any help.

the method of your form is set to post, but the references in the code to form variables are set to use a form that sent using the get method:
$_GET["emailAddress"]

should be
$_POST["emailAddress"]

did you have the for originaly set to use the get method when you configured captcha and the Insert behavior? Then change it to use the post method?

you will need to edit both the server validation behavior and the insert behavior and reselect the form bindings to convert from using GET to using POST in the code.
