Managing Content in admin - pages??

I am confused as to how to add pages (page names), content areas, menu labels etc.

I was TRYING to add add a page under "Contact us" as a new page/menu in drop down.

However, I seem to have added a new (blank) page in the main menu, but the label is blank (empty). I can't seem to fix it and have spent the last 2 hours. Please help...

I only found one post in the Forum, but it did nothing to assist me through my mess. See attached screenshot.

Any guidance, would be helpful! Frustrating, cause I know it's simple... Thanks!

The custom Menu item is the top level menu item.

It should have a Content Area named "Menu Label" the menu label value will be used as the label for the top level

each of the Custom Pages under it in the Return Policy and Shipping section will become menu items.

to create a new menu item, select Custom Pages, then click the green plus button to create a new page from the template.
