PS 4.5 Design editor brings up a blank white page when saving. Sub Categories not wor

I am having 2 issues with PowerStore 4.5.

1. Design Editor brings up a blank white page when you click save. Then you have to close the blank window. It does save the changes.

2. When I try to add a sub-category to a category it does not work.

I had these same exact issues last week with a different PowerStore 4.5 site.

Dani resolved the issue however, I don't know what he did.
