Error Messages when starting Dreamweaver AND larger sites won't download

Hi,

I just upgraded to the newest version of Site Import and I'm running the newest update of Dreamweaver CS 5.5 on OS X Lion.

When I start Dreamweaver I get the following messages (screenshots attached):

Unable to find file WA_Siteimport_Progress.htm in the Confuguration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown.

I press OK and then this pop-up message appears:

Unable to find file WA_SiteImport.htm in the Configuration /Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown.

I've rebooted and my OS X updates are current.

I can import some smaller Websites with no problem . . . works great in that regard.

HOWEVER,

I've been trying to import a somewhat larger dynamic site that has about 80 pages. I set the parameters at 500 pages and 4 levels deep just to make sure I catch everything. There is no user feedback that anything is happening after I click for the site to start importing. I left it all night and there was nothing downloaded, just a text file created in the target directory on my Mac. My Internet bandwidth is 50MB down.

In playing around with the settings I am able to download the site if I set it to 100 pages and 2 levels deep.

So I'm wondering what gives on this setting . . . is there a breaking point for WA Site Import in terms of number of pages / levels deep? I don't understand why the options are presented if they freeze the software . . . if there is a threshold please let me know what it is.

Your help is greatly appreciated

For the Error Messages, Go to Window -> Workspace Layout -> Reset '<Your Layout name>'. Then close Dreamweaver and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

What is the site you are trying to import?

I tried this, including uninstalling the extension. I'm still getting the same messages.

It doesn't seem to be working at all now, I'm trying to import a small site: idahopac.org and nothing is happening.
