Product images uploading but not displaying

When I insert a product via Admin the product info gets added and image is uploaded (including thumbnail), but when i go back to View product the images arent displaying.

Instead it displays:

function.imagejpeg]: Unable to open 'image_cache/imagesupload/crop/zebra_thumb_w300_h291/zebra_thumb_10250328.jpg' for writing: No such file or directory in /PwrStore/webassist/plugins/catalog/scripts/resize_image.php on line 211

Any ideas for resolving this?

make sure all files and folders under the imagesupload/ folder are set to 755 permissions

just double checked file permissions and ALL are set to 755. any other suggestions?

I saw someone else had this same problem--I'm trying to load images for new listings, but the thumbnails aren't loading. It says they're loaded, but when the listing goes live, all I get is the "broken jpeg" logo. My old listings are fine.

How do I fix this?

Where do I check that folder?

Still trying to figure out how to resolve the thumbnail image issue. The detail image is displaying fine, though.
