Is the page you have open in Dreamweaver a php page? Power CMS Builder cannot be used with static html pages, it must be converted to a php page (Saved with a .php extension)

Thank you for responding to my ticket Jason. You are correct, I had the form in static html while it should have been php. I will rectify it and let you know if I encounter any problem.
