Problems with custom form and CMS Builder

Hi,

Please can someone advise. I have a custom form made in php to send emails and it works. It has a php processor file to validate fields. Now when I added CMS Builder to my contact form page i get the following error message:

Notice: Undefined index: site_root in WA_CMS\library.php on line 37
Notice: Undefined index: virtualdir in WA_CMS\library.php on line 59
Notice: Undefined index: site_root in WA_CMS\library.php on line 69
Notice: Undefined index: virtualdir in WA_CMS\library.php on line 74
Notice: Undefined index: site_root in WA_CMS\library.php on line 95

What is this and how to fix it?

Thanks

I've also experienced an issue with a page using a contact form with Universal Email.

I applied PowerCMS to a section of a template - every page on the site worked fine afterwards with the exception of the Contact page, which gave an error where the CMS-managed content should have appeared. The rest of the page was blank. There was also a Google Maps widget on the page, if that's of any consequence.

I've attached the contact page php file and a screenshot of the error received.

Thanks,

Laura

I have an email template for which i want to add to powercms to enable to content to be edited easily.

since I made the change, the resulting email had errors like the above

Notice: Undefined index: site_root in D:\vhosts\schoolshop\WA_CMS\library.php on line 72
Notice: Undefined index: virtualdir in D:\vhosts\schoolshop\WA_CMS\library.php on line 79
Notice: Undefined index: site_root in D:\vhosts\schoolshop\WA_CMS\library.php on line 100
Notice: Undefined index: site_root in D:\vhosts\schoolshop\WA_CMS\library.php on line 30

...etc

As there was no solution posted, I wondered if there was a fix ?
