Can't get social media tool kit to accept the serial number??

I upgraded the social media kit yesterday I got it download but when I went to use it and put in the serial number it would not accept it and said it was wrong number

Social Media toolkit not accepting the serial number

I too am experiencing issues with re-activating some of my Web Assist plugins - with regards to this thread; Social Media toolkit, even though i am entering in the serial number listed in my account > my downloads.

In the private message section, please include the serial number you are using and describe what problem is, are you getting errors? if so what does the error say?
