Image Upload Works for Me Not My Client

It's the first time I've seen this. I've set up the HTML Editor with file uploading quite a few times now. I can upload perfectly using my Mac and Firefox 3.6.1 and I watched my client do the same thing on their Mac with Firefox with a screen sharing app. It gives the message "File Uploaded Successfully" and allows you to set some variables like Align Left and you can see the image in the edit field. Once you press update to submit the form and check the public page it isn't showing up. It shows a white area on the Mac browser and you can control click it to view it in another window which shows an error that it can't find the image. I checked the FTP and the file is physically not there when they do use the Editor. I'm a little stumped why it would work for me and not them. Thanks for the help.

I have no idea why it would not work for them either.

I would need to work with them to troubleshoot the issue in a screen sharing session.

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.
