Shipping not showing on confirm page

Hi,

I set up a simple shipping rule for International shipping - see the attached screenshot. But there is no shipping showing on the checkout confirm page.

Do you know why this is?

In your products, make sure to enter a value for the weight.

if a product does not have a weight set, it will not be included in the shipping.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for your reply. I entered a value of 1 in the weight field and received the message:

"We're sorry

Your transaction could not be completed due to a problem occurring while calculating shipping."

I find the shipping rules confusing, I want to set up one international shipping price for any weight. Can you tell me how to do this?

Hi Jason,

I've worked it out. I have too many products in my basket for my tests so the weight was over the shipping rule I defined. I understand it now, if there is no rule specified for a high weight it will show the error message.
