PS3 - Shipping to Canada Price Option

I have a site that delivers fruit in the US - The shipping is 9.99,a set price per box.
For customers that live in Canada, I have to add an additional 15.00 per box.
How can I possibly achieve this in Powerstore 3? Is there a way to do it without
a custom E-Cart function..any ideas would be appreciated.

Power Store 3 does not have a way of setting the shipping based on the region, you would need to edit the store using eCart to accomplish this.

region based shipping was introduced in Power Store 4.5.
