Starting point needed

Just starting with the Power CMS Builder Extension. First step of Getting Started Guide. I created a page in Dreamweaver, placed some content on it, selected the content.

From the WebAssist Menu I selected CMS>Add Content to PowerCMS.

No window appeared no reaction of any kind.

Please point me in the right direction to get to step 3 which is choose the Database Connection.
