Client request - passwords

Client request - passwords

If this can be done, I will open a paid ticket.

My client wants some type of encryption lost password system built onto cart. They do not want to have customers to lose passwords, then request it, and it is sent in plain text email.

Some sites send an email with a link to a page to reset password.

Please let me know if this can be accomplished for a paid support ticket.

Two other issues they are asking about:

1) One already noted in another thread about the shipping name not appearing in the order. If this needs to be a paid ticket, please advise.
2) Can an order be placed without logging in, ie, shop as a guest? I seriously doubt this can be done because how else will the store know where to send the product, but I told client I'd ask you.

Thanks

Thanks

encrypting the password can be done in a premiere ticket, but it may take more than one to also modify the forgot password system for sending a reset password link. it's very unlikely we would be able to accomplish both of these in a single session.

I already started an incident for the shipping issue.

shop as guest would not be possible though.

I spoke with Dani, outlined all the outstanding issues, and paid for a premier ticket, so all good. Thanks much.
