Error since installing fix

I cannot use dreamweaver after applying your fixes for site builder and power cms or after uninstalling Universal Email. I get the following error about every half second:

"The following translators were not loaded due to errorss:
The following JavaScript error(s) occured: Unable to open script file "c:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS5\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\DocumentEndocing.js" (error 3)"

Please help as I am dead in the water and cant work.

Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

I have deleted this file several times, rebooted the computer, removed extensions (and continue to remove other extensions) and still see this error every half second. I am dead in the water and cannot work.

Webassist suppose to save me time, I seem to be endlessly dealiing with bugs, crashes, and reinstallations. Pleae help!!

I didn't see any ticket open for me. Some bing ticket was on there though.

I have now spent more than half a day uninstalling every wa extension. Now I get other errors when opening looking for wa memento.htm. this appears 5 times. I can at least DW now.

What do we need to do next? Can I reinstall WA extensions?
