Downloads after payment not there

On the view downloads page, you can see the file name but it says "no file found" and when you click on the link in the email in the page doesn't exist. I have attached screen shot of page. I am able to connect to the directory now.

Also, On script on product result pages, I need to post some yahoo script on the bottom of the page for a web player for music samples. I got it to work on the product detail page. What page should I post it to?
