CMS page not displaying in browser

I have uploaded all site sculptor files but they are not displaying in the browser for me to connect to the database. index.php

a blank page means a php error has occurred.

Add the following at line 1 of the install/index.php file to turn error reporting on:

error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>
