Problems Opening Up POWER CMS

When trying to open up the Power CMS admin page so i can edit my site this pops up PLZ HELP

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare WA_AuthenticateUser() (previously declared in C:\xampp\htdocs\Means2EndSkeleton\webassist\security_assist\helper_php.php:28) in C:\xampp\htdocs\Means2EndSkeleton\WA_SecurityAssist\Helper_PHP.php on line 48

why do i have 2 of the same file to begin with? and do i need to combine the code or something? to make it work properly and so when i am finally able to get to the CMS admin page.... i can login and have it work properly. an explination on how to do that would be greatly appriciated

sounds like you added power CMS Builder to a site you are using security assist on

this is an issue using PowerCMS on security assist pages, see this post for details on fixing the problem:
