No live edit (CMSedit.png)

Upon logging in to the CMS Editor, I have no live edit although I can use the editor to update page content. When I visit a page with CMS content while logged in to the admin, I cannot click in a region with editable content.

In IE, I see a broken image link and cannot select any text. When I view in Firefox and click on the editable content, I get an alert reading "Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (d) isn't associated with any program."

If I search for broken images, I find one, referenced by file path -- d:/Inetpub/texasretirementadvisors/images/CMSedit.png.

The site in question is here (www.texasretirementadvisors.com/), but you will need an admin login to enable live edit and replicate the issue.

The following shows up in the Firefox error console when I click on the page, while logged in to the cms admin:

Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x804b0012 (NS_ERROR_UNKNOWN_PROTOCOL) [nsIDOMLocation.href]" nsresult: "0x804b0012 (NS_ERROR_UNKNOWN_PROTOCOL)" location: "JS frame :: www.texasretirementadvisors.com/ :: onclick :: line 1" data: no]
