Radio Buttons not being displayed in form builder 2 preview window

I was trying to create a simple form using form builder 2.0 and noticed that the radio group elements do not display in the preview window. I Then decided to use a check box no problem but when I selected the check box group it did the same of not displaying the check box group in the preview window.

Also, the label for the single check box is added behind the check box when it should be in front of it.

Has anyone had this problem before?

when selecting to use a radio group or checkbox group, you need to click the edit button to add items to the group. Initially the group is empty, Click the edit button to populate the group.

to change the label placement, you will need to customize the css.

From the initial Form builder screen, click the Customize CSS Button.

In the Edit CSS Window, change the initial select list to "Form Elements", from the secondary select list, select each, Radio Group, Checkbox Group, Radio Button and Checkbox and change the label placement option to "Right"
