Very UnHappy with your Documentation

look at www.polarbeartees.com
tell me how to fix level 2
tried tried to watch videos, your feed keep pausing (BAD)
looked through forums.....2 days waste of my time
ALSO wasted entire weekend on solving problems to correct installation problems
>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I own eCart (past 15 day trial) that I have not installed yet...I expect I am screwed!!!!

I expect more.

look at my website and you can see the problem.....either tell me how to fix or I want my money back. I am within my 15 days-----given you time to reply to this forum!!!

This is unacceptable unless you can provide a solution asap and prove to me this forum bull**** way of dealing with customers solves my problems in a timely manner.

I am also VERY unhappy that your "Preview" area does not work and I have to constantly push to browser. NOT professional. I would like a fix to this.

I will post my complaints to Adobe Extensions Site. People don't know you only support your EXPENSIVE--HUNDRED OF DOLLAR--SOFTWARE---apps without support. YOU CLAIM 15 DAYS MONEY BACK!!

Hi

Change this line (around line 84) in your "assets/menu.css":

UL#cssmw2 UL.level-2 {
LEFT: 112px
}
to:

UL#cssmw2 UL.level-2 {
LEFT: 190px
}

The code change that Willi posted will fix the issue you are having.

To say that we do not offer support for our software is not quite accurate. We offer support for our software right here in these forums.

If you end up end up having problems using eCart, please post your question to the eCart forum and we will help you out, usually within 24 hours of your question being posted. If it turns out to be something we cannot help you with through the forums, we will start an incident and contact you by phone.

If you are not happy with the documentation, please send your comments to the documentation team using our feedback form:

where is this option in menu writer

Where is this option in the CSS Menu Writer so that I can fix this problem AGAIN in the future?
I set my width to 180px, why are we setting to 190px?

How was I suppose to know to do this fix in code? How do I handle this every time I change menu sizes? This will not be my final menu as options are added.

Usually i only see this behavior happen if you edit the width of a menu item directly in the css rather than using the wizard.

When you edit the width in menu, are you using the option in the property inspector to "Edit Menu" or "Edit Theme"?

Use the "Edit Menu" Option, then click the Define Button next to theme to edit the theme and change the width of your menu items. Sometimes, if the Menu contents change (especially if a new level is added) between editing the theme, using the edit theme option wont properly take the new level into account.

using the "Edit Menu" option causes the wizard to reconcile the theme against the contents.

  I set my width to 180px, why are we setting to 190px

the true width of an object using css is calculated as left padding + width + right padding

in your menu, you have a 5 pixel padding set for top, right, bottom and left of each menu item, meaning the true width of the menu items is 190px.
