login not reading encry password

Using "sha1" I registered person but the login doesn't read the password. On step 2 of authenticate user when I select the password field and select format sha1. But on the login page in the code I get this message.
<?php require_once("../WA_SecurityAssist/WA_SHA1Encryption.php"); ?>
This file doesn't exist. My passwords that I used earlier without encryption work (wanted to see password to remember during testing).
Thanks
