Fatal Error: Call to undefined function

Fatal Error: Call to undefined function

I am using Dreamweaver CS5. Windows Vista OS. Security Assist 2.0.2. I have already deleted cache multiple times. Regardless of which preset I use to create login and registration pages I keep getting the following fatal error when I test the registration page.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function WAValidateUnique() in /homepages/19/d318199560/htdocs/test/registration.php on line 14

The code on line 14 is as follows:

$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateUnique("conn_082",$conn_082,$database_conn_082,"ps4_users","UserID","none,none,NULL","".((isset($_SESSION["SecurityAssist_UserID"]))?$_SESSION["SecurityAssist_UserID"]:"0") ."","UserEmail","',none,''","".((isset($_POST["Registration_group_Email"]))?$_POST["Registration_group_Email"]:"") ."",true,2);

I have no clue what this means or how to resolve the issue. Any help will be appreciated. Security Assist is killing me. Thanks!

here is an updated copy of the /webassist/form_validations/wavt_scripts_php.php file that should correct the error.
