Can't Install Button Styler mxp

Hey guys

I'm having some problems installing Button Styler mxp.
As soon as I go to install the mxp via Extension Manager I get the list notice below:

This extension requires the following products:
Dreamweaver 10 or greater
The extension will not be installed.

I have Dreamweaver CS3, Windows 7 and never had any problems installing any of the other extensions from webassist? Could you let me know if its me or the extension?

The CSS Button Styler extension requires Dreamweaver CS4 (version 10) or greater. It is not compatible with Dreamweaver CS 3 (version 9).
