confirmation error on the confirm page

confirmation error on the confirm page

ok guy well im using dw 5 ecart 4 and i have made everything. the ecart system and everything but when i click continue and filled in all the information page on checkout.php
then i get this error message.

Fatal error: Call to a member function IsEmpty() on a non-object in /public_html/confirm.php on line 16

ive not a clue whats going on with it if anyone could help id love the help

Please attach a zipped copy of the confirm.php page giving the error. It sounds like the issue is that the shopping cart include files may be in the wrong position in the code and needs to be moved up on the page. If you attach a copy of the page I can be more specific and reference line numbers.
