Old UE locked template

Same problem as before
Now that I have uninstalled UE 4.01 and installed form builder 2.0 I get a problem I had earlier. (Technical Support Ticket # 118519)
When I try to edit the email table in DW it is locked and I cant edit. I tried to "detach from" template in the menu but the item is greyed out. attached zipp'd file of page
I still have a UE folder in the webassist folder in the App support for DWCS5 (attached)
Is that installed with the form builder?
Should it be there?
I answered my own question, the folder was removed when I uninstalled form builder, I then trashed the cache, reinstalled form builder, same problem, folder re installed.
How can I fix this.
Thanks
David

if you are still having this problem in form builder 2.0.1, it sounds like there are remnants of the older Universal Email that are not getting properly uninstalled and over written on installing Form Builder. To fix this i would suggest renaming the configuration folder to start with a fresh installation
