You have an error in your SQL syntax

Hi ive created Registration for my website, but when i test it i get this error

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '-Mail, AboutMe, Awards, Password) VALUES ('karl williams', NULL, NULL, 'willo009' at line 1

Thanks for any help

it looks you have a column in your table that uses a hyphen in the name, probably E-Mail.

database column names should contain only numbers and letters, no spaces or special characters. rename the E-Mail column to EMail or something else that does not contain the hyphen character.
