What are you selecting for the destination country?

what browser are you using?

Try using Fire Fox as your browser, then go to Tools Web Developer -> Error Console, are there any javascript errors being reported in the error console?

Hi Jason, I'm selecting Australia. Using Firefox, Error Console says:

So you're telling me i can't get any free support about this, that i have to pay 99 bucks for premium support, for something that should work, being a 'pre-built' solution?? Webassist Advertises "pre-made and ready to deploy. All the code is written for you so all you have to is upload the files to your web server."
I'm sure its a small simple solution!!!

No, I'm not telling you any thing of the sort.

I'm telling you that I have started a free support incident for you so that we can investigate the cause of the problem with you.

Please log into your support history to update the support ticket that has been created the requested information so that we can look into the problem.

I am not suggesting that you have to pay for a support ticket, I am letting you know that a private support ticket has already been created.

Changes to Australian Post's API

Hi Jason,
Are you aware that Australia Post have changed their API...radically.
This maybe while the other guy is having problems???

Could you have a look at the technical document (link below). A lot of us will need to replace the eCart Australia Post Shipping - rather quickly!!!

eCart and Power Store both use the australia post DRC API.

according to the Australia post site:

"the DRC will remain operational throughout 2012, probably longer, however we encourage you to migrate to the new PAC API."

we will look into this and update eCart and Power Store as necessary, but it does not look this change will have an immediate effect.
