Instructions for Defining Site in Dreamweaver

I've had a look at these and they are for an older version of Dreamweaver - I'm on CS5 and as a newbie here, this tutorial makes it difficult to set up. I also want to say that I purchased a ticket for support for 49$ and got a quick few sentence..".read our online support provided" response and I'm not impressed. And although I am still not satisfied with what I received for 49$, you've somehow decided to close my 49$ ticket!

When purchasing a ticket for support on this site, it does not state how the support is provided? I expected some direct email support - or chat, which solves my issue of setting up SA or a phone call!

I'm still having difficulty getting started with SA as the documentation is outdated to the current versions of DW and the level of experience is not defined when purchasing SA.

At this point in time I would like to have my issues dealt with as I want to use SA. I'd like someone to get back to me ASAP.

In your ticket, you had not specified any steps you had already tried. I wanted to point you to the tutorial first as those are the first steps to follow.

If you are having issues following the tutorial, I will gladly help.

Plus, even though the WA team is generally pretty speedy at responding to forum posts, some of us regular folk enjoy answering questions and trying to help out.

I've used SA for a while now, and it's part of my tool box and workflow in nearly every site I build. I've used the wizards and found them helpful, but I probably use SA more using the individual elements on pages and forms that I create myself. It's vet versatile in that respect.

Can't update closed ticket

There is no option to respond to you through the ticket as it's closed. I'd put a copy of the closed ticket on here but it does not allow images. I'd like to supply you with a phone number and best time to call, ie. 7 am your time as I'm in the UK (3pm), but I have no avenue of doing this because the support ticket is closed.

Your thoughts?

The only avenue open to me in support history is to open a new ticket and pay another $49.
