Powergallery 2 GMC 2!

*User reported issues addressed.
*Adjustments made within the Images tab in the Design Editor(Gallery Design Settings). Changes will not take effect until 'Refresh' is clicked. The initial behavior of having the changes take effect upon changing field focus was causing too much unnecessary and time-consuming image resizing to occur.
*Adjustments made to galleries:
Flow: Added Container Width and Height settings in Images tab. This will set the gallery 'size' regardless of the resolution of images used. Also corrected an issue with tall images extending beyond the viewable area in the browser.
Grid+Fullsize: Linked the size of the display area to the Full size image dimensions.
Grid+Lightbox: Added a container width setting in Images tab. This will control the number of thumbnails displayed.
Ribbon+Lightbox: Linked the size of the display area to the full size image dimensions.
Ribbon+Fullsize_Lightbox: Linked the size of the display area to the full size image dimensions.
Slideshow Dissolve: Corrected an issue that caused thumbnail sizes larger than the default of 62/62 to be cut off.
*Management outside of admin has been improved. Addition of and removal of images will now update in their respective galleries without a visit to Admin. Addition of and removal of folders containing images will no automatically create and destroy galleries without a visit to Admin.
*Removal of sample images from the distributable .zip. PowerGallery went on a much needed diet and is much lighter now (1.58MB).
*Fixed an issue that caused Slideshow Blinds to not display any images if the gallery folder contained a space in the name.
*Performance related fixes. She is lighter and faster!.
