Serial number incorrect

I purchased supersuite - have installed most things OK but am getting serial number incorrect on the CSS Sculptor - could I have a number that works please?

I just looked up your Order in our system and tested activation with the serial number for CSS Sculptor and activated with out an issue.

Make sure to copy the entire string of the serial number, do not select any surrounding spaces, and past it into the first serial box, it will be automatically broken up into the other boxes.
if you are copying and pasting the serial number correctly, it will work for you.
