Submenu not opening over text in IE7

Hi,

As the title says - Submenu not opening over text in IE7.

lindt_introduction.html

If I'm being a nitwit and it's the z-index, then I'm just getting it wrong. If it's something else please could you still help...

Many thanks, as always,
Steve

ADDENDUM : Have sorted it, but only by closing the gaps within the submenu and level below that. If there's still a better solution, enabling you to have the gaps and still keep it working over text etc, I'd love to know...

Thanks again :-)
