Error, nothing in Cart

I have put together a simple cart using eCart, MySQL and a paypal account.

All seems ok, when I go to the shop, SnodsShop.php I see the items and if I purchase they appear in my cart, SnodsShop_Cart.php, if I then click checkout it takes me to a page, SnodsShop_Cart.php/SnodsShop_checkout.php, and displays the cart content,

When I click the checkout button it gives an error page saying 'Cart is empty.

Also I need british pounds for these transactions.

Can someone please help,

your add to cart buttons are not giving a value to the name column of the cart.

if you look at the source of the confirm page, you will see that the item name being passed to paypal is being left blank:
<input type="hidden" name="item_name_1" id="item_name_1" value="" />

the item name is a required value.

make sure the add to cart buttons set the item name column.

for the currency, find the following for elemtn on the confirm page:
<input type="hidden" name="currency_code" id="currency_code" value="USD" />

and change it to:
<input type="hidden" name="currency_code" id="currency_code" value="GBP" />

thanks Jason, got further now but still not quite there.

I now get an error

'We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at'

I am using the primary email address for the paypal account and have tried the email addresses used to login to paypal, neither work and give the error above.

Could you help further please,

on the confirm page, you have changed the name and ID of the form element that passes the sellers email address to paypal:

<input type="hidden" name="Upton Snodsbury Parish Recreational Association" id="Upton Snodsbury Parish Recreational Association" value="" />

back to:
<input type="hidden" name="business" id="business" value="" />
