Hi Jason heres what I have done

Redid Display, redid the checkout. I changed shipping to I will do it myself just to simplify. I put true price in places needed. I pointed to a blank data base "test' When I did an order shipping is showing up and when confirming the order now I get Table 'test.orders' doesn't exist, I thought that this would be created? What is my next step. I am concerned on the shipping issue where would I look?
I added confirm.zip

Jason ByrnesWebAssist

this was an issue with the data types specified for the options columns in the order details table.

the data types was set to int, we changed it to varchar.
