the error message in the screen shot is to small to read.

start off by Deleting the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

if you continue to have problems, compress the screen shot into a zip archive to prevent it from being resized, also take a screen shot of the extension manager showing the installed
extensions.

Nope, did that without success...

i think the problem may have to do with using the correct digital file pro file... i tried re-installing and zapping the dw cache files ...

i have attached to smaller error message... i did do what it said to do and what you said to do without much sucess...

digital file pro is included in form builder.

if you install form builder 2, you should not install digital file pro.

uninstall both form builder and digital file pro, then reinstall form builder.
