Upload no longer working (it was)

Hi, I have got an existing site where I have constructed an admin section, and this admin section has numerous pages where I have file upload fields which for some reason seemed to have just stopped working on the live site.

I am getting this kind of error:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(/data01/website/public_html/_images-common/_dataimages/image.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /data01/website/public_html/WA_DigitalFilePro/HelperPHP.php on line 145

Is this because the hosts have denied access to the directory now. I did have access and this was once working, so I don't understand what has gone wrong!!

Thanks.

the error means that the permissions on the _dataimages/ directory do not allow for write access.

you will need to modify the permissions on that directory to grant write access.

the permissions may have changed as a result of a server upgrade.
