Email addresses loop and contents missing

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I can't get UE 4.1 doing what is supposed to do.
With data assist I have created a list of users where I can select which one will receive an Email and which user will not.
I have copied the Recordset on a simple form page (CSS Form) with only four fields of text to be completed. On this page I have applied the UE and used the Email body edit option to create the Email itself. In the Email file I have binded the four fields from the form "...Default" and in the Email settings I have chosen to loop all the email addresses from the recordset.
The result is that I can't get the loop of Emails to work and the text from the four fields is not displaying any thing at all but only one field.
I have made several attempts and every time the result is the same.
Can you help?
Alfredo

Dear Jason,

I have included a zip file with the attachments you have requested.

I have a suspicion that UE is not behaving proper because in the Recordset on the Where clause the Clients list is filtered by words containing spaces; however if a run a test on the Recordset I can see the right Clients listed.

I'm a bit baffled by what ever the problem is.

Thank you for your help.
Alfredo

i assume it is the email_message.php file in the zip archive that I should be looking at?

I will also need the webassist/email/waue_email_message_1.php file

Dear Jason,

You are correct the files which you need to look at are the email_message.php file and webassist/email/waue_email_message_1; I'm pretty sure I have include them in the previous messge of mine as a zip file.

I include them again as separate zip.

Thanks again for your assistance
