Site import not working on Mac

Site import no longer works on Mac running 10.6 and using Dreamweaver CS5. I can't even import sites I previously could. I had to purchase another license to use on a PC but I much prefer using a Mac. Help!

what is the full system system path to he folder you are using for importing?

Most times issues with importing on a mac are caused by special characters in the path to the import directory.

path to new file

file:///Macintosh HD/newfolder

Is that what you mean?

I have used this product, updated as needed, for several years without every encountering a problem like this. It seems to work ok on a PC.

solution to site import problems?

RE: site import not working

reading back through the posts, it appears this has been a problem for a while. Are you people to going to address/fix it? Will there be an update to Site Import 3?
