Adding the DetailSKU to the Orders table

Hi
I have set up my cart and still have a couple of things to sort out, in my products dB I store a SKU for each product, I have added this to the cart columns, using the cart wizards, the value for this is not being passed into the dB, I can see in the confirm page that it is not being asked to store this, I have tried to manually change the code but this resulted in an error while attempting to checkout, is there another approach I should be using to pass this information back into the dB that I can try?
It would be handy for reordering stock from our suppliers.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

edit the eCart Store order Details server behavior.

make sure your order details table has a column for the product SKU, then open the confirm page, and go to the server behaviors panel.

double click the eCart Store order Details server behavior to edit it, and bind the productsSku column of the order details table to the sku column from your eCart object.
