No File Upload Option in HTML Editor

Hi,
the file upload option is not being displayed when I insert or change an image?

Any ideas on what I am missing?

you need to enable the file upload option in your HTML Editor instance.

in the HTML Editor wizard, click the pencil icon next to Editor Preset.

on the general tab, select the option to enable File Upload.

The Image properties tab in HTMLEditor 3 will not have an upload tab.

the upload option is available on the file manager window that opens when you click the Browse Server button.
