Startup problem - menu writer 2.0.5

New activated installation of CSS Menu Writer v2.0.5 hangs when trying to add a menu.
Returns error about WA_SitePreferences.js taking to long, then another error about generating menu. I deleted WinFileCache.dat after closing DW CS5 then uninstalled & reinstalled the extension. No luck. Repeated this a few times - still not working. Seems a few other people have had the same issue.

Using DW CS5 & Win XP SP3

in the Dreamweaver site definition settings, make sure in the server section that a testing server is specified, if only a remote server is used, set it to be both the testing server and the remote server.

Thanks Jason - problem sorted after ticking both Remote & Testing server boxes in DW CS5 site def.
