Trigger in Discount, Charge etc

I need some information about the triggers for discounts and charge and shipping.

In my case it depends on the total the customer orders.

so I use "Subtotal for any column" will this trigger the SUBTOTAL?

if this is over 100 Euro then the calculation should be no costs less than 100 it is a fixed rate of 4 euro.

are there some examples of the triggers and calculations.

there are some, i dont know what to use them for :-(

you should use the Subtotal For Entire Cart Contents trigger.

Subtotal For Entire Cart Contents
if the subtotal price for the cart is "<" a value of "100"

Flat rate of "4"
