Order cancel

Hi i whant to cancel my last order.
I have submited the contact form 3 days ago and till now but nobody answering me.
Are you waiting to pass 15 days so i cant cancel my order?
Or you asking me to pay another 99$ to get support?

What is the problem you are having? What is your incident number? You can get a refund by contacting our sales department by phone or by emailing sales@webassist.com.

If we don't solve your issue you can get a refund even after the 15 days if you submitted a problem before the 15 days expire and we are unable to resolve that problem.
