Show Region Utility - Not working in CS5.5

I have just updated to CS 5.5, and for some reason I can't get the Show Region Utility to work properly.

"Server Behaviours > Web Assist > Utilities > Show Region Utility"

When I choose it I just see the box but the dialog area does not appear - just a grey box. All the other Utilities are working fine.

FYI: It works perfectly in CS 4.

Any suggestions?

I deleted my winfilecache dat file and that seemed to do the trick.
Considering this was new install - that is not something I figured I would have to do :)
