Olny Seeing Half the Image

Olny Seeing Half the Image

I only see half of my image in PowerGallery 2.0 when I click on the thumbnail.

If I use the prev and Next buttons, I see the entire image.

Why is this?

This is an incompatibility with FF4+ and the lightbox script we are using. We have an update available in your download center that should resolve this issue. I'll create a support incident and if you post back with your ftp information I'll fix it for you directly.

I actually have PowerGallery 1.22. What is the fix for this version?

I'm surprised it isn't already fixed in that version, but it must need to have the updated .js files. Again if you post ftp information and the url to reproduce the problem to the opened support incident I'll make sure to get it corrected.

You'll need to create a ticket for me. I'm not going to post my FTP info for all to see.

I messed up my gallery. Now it doesn't work.

I already created the incident for you when i first mentioned it. It should be in your support history as an open issue with the same topic as this thread.

Incidentally I cannot reproduce the problem... maybe you have an older cached version of the .js file and just need to clear your cache.

I did get a javascript error in IE associated with your mootools-core.js file in the /js folder. I've attached a version of that page that I think will correct that problem.
