Serial number will not activate

When I use my serial number I'm referred to this forum. Why won't my serial number work?

What is the full error message you see when you attempt to serialize?

Are you sure you are entering the correct serial number? Sometimes the serial number interface could be from a different product than you might expect. Make sure to real the serialization dialog and make sure you are entering the correct serial number corresponding to the product name and version listed in the serialization interface. If that doesn't work I'll create a support incident and have an engineer work with you directly to get this resolved.
